How long does it take to get my reels picked up?
Once we are notified that the minimum shipment requirement has been met, pickup typically occurs within 8 to 10 business days.
What is the minimum shipment requirement for pickup?
We require a minimum of 4 pallets or 100 reels to schedule a truck dispatch.
What materials can I return to Murpac?
We accept plastic, wood, or steel reels and related materials from the following brands:
Rea, Essex, Magnekon, Craigwire Products, Sumitomo, Alconex, Condumex, PPE/Invex
Accepted items include:
● Reels (plastic, wood, or steel) with the above branding
● Pallets or end caps (wood or plastic) with the above branding
● Containers, hoods, and covers clearly labeled from these manufacturers
What items should I avoid sending?
Please do not return:
● Single-use plywood reels with no logo or identifiable origi
● Lightweight plastic spools without branding
● Generic pallets with no origin (unless they are only used for stacking returnable reels)
● Loose trash, garbage, or unrelated material
What if I am unsure about an item?
If you have new or unusual reels – plastic, wood, or metal – and are not sure whether we can accept them, feel free to reach out. Sending a photo and description is the best way to confirm if the item can be returned.
